Club 6E Customer Care: Self-Help Fixes and Fake Helpline Warning

Checked · Club 6E guide

Koala wearing a headset for the Club 6E customer care guide

Searches for Club 6E customer care usually start with a stuck screen, a login that fails or a balance that fell to zero. Almost every one of those problems can be fixed in under a minute by the person holding the phone, because the game keeps everything inside your own browser and there is no server account for anyone else to repair. This page is the help desk: symptom, cause, fix.

The second half is just as important. There is no Club 6E customer care phone number, no WhatsApp line and no live chat, only an email address. The numbers posted under that label on Instagram, Telegram and YouTube are run by strangers who want a fee or a UPI PIN.

What Club 6E customer care actually means

Club 6E is a free colour prediction game with practice coins, and that shapes what support can be. Nothing about your account lives on a server: username, password hash, coin balance and pick history are stored in the browser on your device. So Club 6E customer care cannot look up an account, change a balance or restore a password; none of that data exists anywhere but your phone.

What support can do is explain. Every rule of the game is published across Club 6E and its guides, every error message is listed below with its cause, and the email inbox exists for the rare case that a page is wrong, a feature breaks in one browser, or someone reports a fake page using the name.

So the help here starts with self-help. Run through the three tables before writing to anyone; most readers find their exact symptom and are back in a round within minutes.

Sign-in and account problems

The login and register forms show short, exact messages, each pointing to one cause, so the table uses the wording on screen. A message that is not here did not come from this site, which is itself a warning.

Sign-in and account problems: the exact message, its cause and the fix
Symptom on screenCauseFix
“Enter your username.” or “Enter your password.”A field was left blank or contains only spacesType both fields; spaces at the ends are trimmed, but the middle must have characters
“Username or password not recognised.”Wrong password, a typo in the name, or the account was made in a different browser or phoneCheck caps lock and the Show password toggle; then confirm you are in the same browser you registered in
“That username is already used in this browser. Pick another or log in.”Registering a name that already exists on this deviceLog in with it instead, or pick a new name; the login help page covers forgotten passwords
“Use 3 to 20 characters.”The username is too short or too longShorten or lengthen the name; 3 to 20 characters only
“Use only lowercase letters a-z, numbers 0-9 and underscore (_).”A space, dot, dash, capital or Hindi character in the nameCapitals turn lowercase on their own; remove any other symbol
“The two passwords do not match.”The two password boxes differ, often by one capital letterTap Show password and retype both boxes
“Use at least 6 characters.”The password is shorter than six charactersChoose a longer password; it is case-sensitive
“Please confirm you are 18 or older. The game is for adults only.”The 18+ tick box is emptyTick the box; the game is for adults only and there is no way around it
Logged out after closing the appSite data was cleared, a private tab closed, or a cleaner app wiped browser storageLog in again; if the account is gone, register the same name again

Two causes beat all the others. The first is a different browser: an account made in Chrome does not exist in Samsung Internet, Firefox or an in-app browser on the same phone; the sign-up guide explains why no phone number links them. The second is a new phone. Accounts do not travel; make a fresh one and 10,000 coins come with it.

Coins, timer and display problems

The next group of questions sent to Club 6E customer care is about things that look wrong rather than refuse to work: a balance that seems off, a jumping countdown, a board that does not fit. Each has a plain cause.

Coins, timer and display: the symptoms Club 6E customer care hears most
SymptomCauseFix
Balance is 0 or too low to place a pickA run of losing picks; the built-in edge wears a balance down over timeTap Reset coins inside the game; the balance returns to 10,000 free, as often as you like
Balance shows a fraction such as 1,234.50Green on 5, Red on 0 and Violet pay 1.5× or 4.5×, so half-coins are normalNothing to fix; totals are kept exact to the paisa-like hundredth
Pick button greyed outThe final 5 seconds of the round lock all picksWait for the next period; picks reopen the moment the result shows
Countdown jumped ahead or skipped roundsThe tab slept, the phone was offline, or the clock was set by handSet date and time to automatic, reload; rounds are tied to India Standard Time
Result on my phone differs from a friend’s for the same periodEach phone draws its own digit with its secure random generatorNothing to fix; two phones never share results, which is why no group can predict them
History shows only 100 resultsThe game keeps the last 100 results per room and the last 200 picksNothing to fix; older rounds are dropped by design
Board is cut off on the rightBrowser zoom above 100% or a very narrow screenPinch to zoom out, or use the browser’s zoom reset in the menu
Text is pale or colours look wrongA battery-saver or “reading” mode is tinting the pageSwitch the mode off for the game, or turn screen brightness up
VIP badge did not move after a resetThe badge counts rounds played, not coinsNothing to fix; resetting coins never changes the badge

People write in asking for a refill, a “recharge” or a gift code, and the answer is always the same: the reset is the refill. The gift code page explains why no code exists and which “code today” offers are scams.

Storage blocked, private mode and the memory fallback

A small number of problems come from the browser refusing to save anything. Club 6E keeps your account in localStorage, a plain key-value store that Mozilla describes in its localStorage reference. When a browser blocks it, the site switches to a memory-only fallback: the game still runs for that visit, but everything vanishes when the tab closes. This is the most confusing case that reaches Club 6E customer care, so it gets its own table.

Storage problems and what the browser is doing behind them
SymptomWhat is happeningFix
Account disappears every time I close the tabPrivate or Incognito tab, or site data blocked in settings; the memory fallback is in useOpen a normal tab; in Chrome check Settings, Site settings, Third-party cookies and On-device site data
Registered inside Instagram or WhatsApp, now goneIn-app browsers often discard storage when the chat app is closedOpen the site in Chrome or Safari itself; the home-screen shortcut guide shows why
“Your browser blocked a security feature Club 6E needs. Open the site over https in an up-to-date browser.”The secure hashing API is missing: an old browser, an http page, or a very locked-down WebViewCheck the address starts with https, update the browser, or try Chrome
Coins reset to 10,000 by themselvesA cleaner app, a “free up space” prompt or Clear browsing data wiped site storageExclude the browser from cleaner apps; untick Site data when clearing history
Two accounts on one phone keep mixing upBoth live in the same browser; the session key holds whichever logged in lastLog out before switching; or use a different browser for the second account
Everything works on Wi-Fi but not on mobile dataA data-saver proxy or a lite mode is rewriting the pageTurn off Data Saver or Lite mode for this site and reload

A short test: register, close the tab fully, reopen the site. If the game still knows you, storage is fine. If your username is not recognised, the browser threw the data away, and the first row’s settings are the place to look.

How to contact Club 6E customer care

If the tables did not solve it, Club 6E customer care is one address: [email protected], printed in the footer of every page and under how to reach us. It is the only channel this site runs. Replies take a few days. There is no paid priority, no “VIP support” and no agent who calls back; anyone offering those is not connected to this site.

What to put in the email

  • The page address where the problem happened, for example /colour-prediction-game/ or /club-6e-login/.
  • Your phone model and browser (Chrome, Samsung Internet, Safari).
  • The exact message on screen, copied word for word, or a screenshot with nothing personal in it.
  • What you tapped just before it happened, and whether a reload or a normal tab changed anything.
  • The room and the period number shown above the countdown, if the question is about one specific round.

What never to put in the email

Never send your password; nobody here can use, check or reset it. Never send a bank screenshot, a UPI ID, an Aadhaar number or an SMS code. The game has no payment of any kind, as the page on deposits and withdrawals explains, so money details can never help.

Corrections and scam reports

The inbox also takes corrections and reports of fake pages, apps or helplines using the Club 6E name; a link, a screenshot and the date are enough. For a loss of money, though, email is not the first stop: 1930 and the national portal described below can act on a transaction, and this site cannot.

Fake Club 6E customer care numbers on social media

Search any colour game name on social media and a pattern appears: comments, reels and channel posts offering a “Club 6E customer care number”, a “support WhatsApp” or an “account manager”. None belong to this site. They exist because people with a stuck balance are easy to rush, and a helpful-sounding stranger can turn a two-minute fix into a bank transfer.

Fake helpline posts: what they say, what happens on the call, what to do instead
What the post saysWhat happens when you call or messageWhat to do instead
“Club 6E customer care number, 24×7 support”A voice asks for your username, then a “verification fee” by UPI to unlock the accountHang up; the account is on your phone and needs no unlocking
“Withdrawal pending? Message support on WhatsApp”You are told a tax or processing charge must be paid firstThere is no withdrawal and nothing pending; report the number on Chakshu
“Account manager will add bonus coins”A request for a screen-share app or a code sent by SMSNever install a remote-control app for a game; use Reset coins
“Complaint not solved? Call the senior officer”A second person applies pressure and asks for a UPI PIN “to reverse the charge”A PIN is never needed to receive money; stop and call 1930
“Telegram support group, admin verified”The group sells prediction signals and “VIP recharge” plansLeave the group; no person or group can predict a random digit
“Email support@ some other domain”A lookalike address collects passwords and ID photosThe only address is [email protected]; nothing else

Report fake numbers through the Chakshu facility on Sanchar Saathi, the Department of Telecommunications portal, which can get a number blocked. For a copycat website or app, the real-or-fake checklist shows the signs to photograph before reporting.

Never share an OTP or a UPI PIN, with anyone, for any reason

Every scam in the table above ends the same way: a code or a PIN leaves your phone. Club 6E never sends an OTP, never asks for one, and has no payment feature that a PIN could relate to. So a request for either, under the banner of Club 6E customer care, is proof that the person is not from this site.

UPI has one rule worth memorising: you enter your PIN to pay, never to receive. A “collect request” that arrives while someone is on the phone with you is a payment out of your account. NPCI’s own overview of how UPI works spells this out. Decline it, end the call, block the number.

If a code or PIN already went out

  1. Call 1930, the national cyber fraud helpline, straight away; speed matters most in the first hours.
  2. File the details at cybercrime.gov.in, with the number, the UPI transaction ID and screenshots of the chat.
  3. Tell your bank through its app or helpline and ask for the transaction to be flagged.
  4. Change your UPI PIN and the password of any app you opened during the call.
  5. Warn the family members who share your phone, so the same caller cannot try them next.

None of this touches your Club 6E account, which has no money in it and no link to your bank. Practice coins are a score, which is why this site can run under India’s 2025 online gaming law and why no one needs to pay anybody to keep playing.

Test the fix in the game

Open a room, place one small pick and watch it settle. If the countdown runs and the balance updates, your browser is working and no support ticket is needed. Adults 18+ only.

A problem with the game is never worth a payment

The moment a stranger links a technical glitch to money, the conversation has left Club 6E customer care and entered a scam. A balance stuck at zero costs one tap to fix. Nothing about this free game is worth a fee, a recharge or a code from your SMS.

Notice, too, why the problem felt urgent. If losing practice coins made you anxious enough to search for a helpline at midnight, the game has stopped being practice. Close the tab, set a round limit for tomorrow, and talk to someone; the free counselling lines in India answer at any hour.

For adults only. Club 6E coins are a practice score: nobody sells them, nobody cashes them, and each result is a random digit your own phone draws. Paid online games have been illegal across India since 1 May 2026, so the whole club runs on practice coins. Read the free helpline list.

Questions People Ask

What is the Club 6E customer care number?

There is none. Club 6E has no phone line, no WhatsApp, no Telegram and no live chat. The only contact is the email address [email protected], shown in the footer of every page. Any number presented as a Club 6E helpline was posted by someone else, usually to collect a fee or a UPI PIN.

My coins went to zero. Can customer care add more?

You do not need anyone to. Open the game, tap Reset coins, and the balance returns to 10,000 practice coins at once. The reset is free, can be used as often as you like, and never lowers your VIP badge. Nobody will ever ask you to pay for a refill.

Why does the timer on Club 6E jump or skip a round?

The countdown follows your phone’s clock, lined up to India Standard Time. If the clock was wrong, the tab was asleep, or the phone was offline, the page catches up when it wakes and skips the rounds it missed. Set date and time to automatic, reload, and the period number matches again.

Can Club 6E customer care recover my forgotten password?

No, and that is deliberate. The password is never stored; only a salted hash sits in your browser, and nothing reaches a server. There is no reset link and no OTP. If the password is gone, register a fresh username in the same browser and start again with 10,000 coins.

Someone on Instagram says they are Club 6E support and asked for a small fee. Is that real?

It is not. This site never charges for anything and never sends messages on social media. A request for a fee, a recharge, a UPI screenshot or an SMS code is a scam script. Block the account, report the post, and if you already paid, call 1930 the same day.

How long does Club 6E customer care take to reply to an email?

Expect a few days. The inbox is read by people, not a bot, and messages that include the page address, your phone and browser, and the exact error text get a useful answer fastest. Scam reports are read too, but a loss of money belongs with the 1930 helpline and the national cyber crime portal.

The short version

Club 6E customer care is mostly you, a reload and a table. Sign-in errors have exact messages with exact causes; a zero balance is one tap from 10,000 coins; a jumping timer is a phone clock; a vanishing account is a private tab or a cleaner app. The email at [email protected] handles what is left, within a few days, and never asks for a password or a payment.

Everything else wearing the name is a stranger with a script. No phone line, no WhatsApp, no Telegram admin and no account manager works for this site. Keep your OTPs and UPI PIN to yourself, report fake numbers on Chakshu, and if money ever left your account, call 1930 first.
